We just moved in the area and needed someone that I can trust. I changed the water in our hot tub, but the water would not heat up. Casey called me back promptly and was able to come out first thing the following morning. In the end, all that was needed was to "prime" the pump (get the air out), and no repairs or parts were needed. While he was there, he fixed an unrelated issue that I forgot about (minor, but it was actually very important). He could have "taken" me with needing a new this and that, but he was honest and I got lucky to find him (much peace of mind). I've got my go-to-guy now for my hot tub and highly recommend him!
II called White Sands on a Saturday morning, and although he was off, he came over to do a Spa cleaning at a very reasonable rate. The honesty of Casey (Owner) came through loud and clear. I will continue to you use White Sands for all my Spa needs..

He made repairs and replaced parts as necessary and as agreed upon (for the estimated price, which was reasonable). In addition, he took extra time to teach me how to maintain the spa and to avoid future problems.
